Tenterden Club Cabaret
Our headline act at the Tenterden Club Saturday 15th June, the Steampunk Cabaret Show part of the Steampunk Festival, is the absolutely incomparable Captain of The Lost Waves. "In a lifetime spent on the fringes of show business (managed a Boy Girl Cabaret Duo when I was at University, and that's centuries ago!) I have never seen any act that so completely takes the audience with them on a fascinating and uplifting journey of completely unique magic". The man is a genius, with a vocal range to rival Freddie Mercury, and is so accomplished with bazouki or ukele you can hardly believe there is just one instrument, one voice. His songs are simply brilliant, it is hard to decide on a favourite, although "Mr Many Men", "Grand National" and "Don't Miss (What's Right In Front Of You!)" are in the running.
You really have to see him for yourselves, and here's your chance! Tickets available on line at http://www.david-smith-events.co.uk/tenterden-steampunk-festival
