The core exhibition will look at the history of gardens locally, including some of those of our ‘big’ houses – Hales Place, Heronden, Homewood, Great Maytham and the Grange, among others; it will document the history of the Horticultural Society, and it will take a different theme for each month as follows:
- April – Allotments in Tenterden
- May – Hole Park
- Estate management in the 21st century
- June – Wildflower Meadows & Harmonious Gardens – Great Dixter; Sissinghurst
- August – Community Gardens
- (Town Council and Remembrance Garden) EC30
- September – Vineyards and Hop Gardens
- October – Glorious Orchards
