SOCIAL PRESCRIBING DROP IN AT EC30 (next door to Ivy Court Surgery)
Every Thursday 10am-2pm
Within the Ashford Rural Primary Care Network the Social Prescribing Team are on hand to offer a more holistic approach to people's health and wellbeing. They can connect people to local community groups and other services for practical and emotional support.
Social prescribing works for a wide range of people, including people:
- Who are lonely or isolated
- With one or more long-term conditions
- Who need support with their mental health
- Who have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing
Please note, you must be registered within the Ashford Rural Primary Care Network at either Ivy Court, Hamstreet, Woodchurch or Charing Surgery.
