**Santus Circus on Tenterden Recreation Ground**
It was with great sadness that, at a meeting with Santus Circus on Tenterden Recreation Ground yesterday (20th March), the difficult decision was jointly made to cancel the Circus using the Recreation Ground week commencing 27th March. Unfortunately, due to the persistent rain and lack of an extended dry spell prior to the recent rain, the Recreation Ground has become waterlogged. We do hope that Santus Circus manage to secure an alternative venue for next week in the local area. However, if they are unsuccessful then we would very much welcome them back to the Recreation Ground in the Summer should they not be able to run the circus this month
