Guided Garden Tour with Edward Barham

This special morning tour is an opportunity for individuals to join one of Edward's personal guided tours of Hole Park Gardens, usually offered to organised Groups. This has been introduced by popular demand - many visitors tell us how special is is to be given a personal tour by the estate owner in a very relaxed and informal way. The tour will begin at 11am and will last approximately 90 minutes. Our Coach House tearoom will be open for your enjoyment following the conclusion of the tour and your garden entry provides access to the gardens and woodland until 6pm. £5 per person for Guided Tour plus Garden Entry Charge - £12 when pre-booked. Season Ticket holders pay just £5 per person. Other garden discounts and concessions do not apply to this event

As part of this quest, he has been searching for and gradually acquiring portraits of the many previous owners. He has in recent months obtained several more important examples and these will be part of his next history talk. The talk starts at 10.30am and lasts approximately two hours. The ticket price includes coffee/tea beforehand and exclusive access to the delights of the 16 acres of gardens afterwards, on a day that they are closed to the general public.

This off-road, behind the scenes tour with Owner Edward Barham provides the chance to find out more about the work of the wider Hole Park Estate, beyond the renowned gardens. The tours will capture what is happening on the day, rather than following a fixed route, to provide a true flavour of this busy and varied estate – from forestry management and Christmas tree care, English cricket bat willow tree plantations, beautiful wealden landscapes and a peek behind the scenes of other agricultural buildings and facilities! Tickets are limited to benefit the experience of participants. The tour will begin at 10:30 and will last approximately 2 hours before lunch will be provided upon your return to the gardens. We ask that you dress appropriately with practical footwear for farming environment and suitable waterproof outerwear in a case of rain. £30 Adult Entry includes a light lunch and a soft or hot drink. Season tickets holders £24.
