Zuppa di Castagne. Cream of chestnut soup, truffle oil & crostini
Salmone Marinato con Arancia, Finocchio e Rucola. Home-cured salmon with orange, fennel & rocket, Sicilian dressing, rustic breadstick
Arancini al Pistachio di Bronte. Golden-fried risotto balls, creamy pistachio béchamel and melted cheese. Served with a festive touch of basil-infused tomato sauce
Carpaccio di Cervo con Crema al Parmigiano. Thinly sliced venison fillet, velvety Parmigiano cream

Tacchino di Natale (n). Norfolk turkey, chestnut & thyme stuffing, pigs in a blanket, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables
Brasato al Barolo. Succulent beef slowly braised in rich Barolo wine with onions, herbs, and root vegetables, served with a velvety polenta mash
Melenzana alla Parmiggiana (v). Layers of fried aubergine, tomato & Parmesan cheese & mozzarella, Altamura bread
Filetto di Merluzzo in Crosta di Erbe Profumate. Oven-baked cod fillet coated in a golden crust of rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, garlic, and Italian breadcrumbs. Served on a bed of creamy celeriac purée, sautéed winter greens and a drizzle of caper-lemon butter
Risotto al Dolcelatte e Noci (v) (n). Creamy carnaroli risotto enriched with Dolcelatte blue cheese, finished with toasted walnuts and a touch of Sicilian honey
