Claire Harley - Director of Patient Services
A physiotherapist by background, Claire joined the hospital in 2010 and is responsible for its smooth operational running. Claire looks after all clinical and administrative services, estates and hospitality. This involves making sure patients receive our high-quality services in a safe and timely way and planning to ensure that we have the correct number of staff members in the right place with the appropriate equipment.
Ali Turner - Matron
Ali joined the hospital in 2001 and progressed to the role of Matron in 2013. As well as being there for our patients, she leads and directs the clinical functions within the hospital, dealing with complex issues including patient outcomes, complaints, risk, quality, continuous improvement as well as financial planning, development and strategic matters.
Claire Coupe - Resourcing Officer
Claire joined us in July 2022. She's been in recruitment for seven years and worked agency-side and in-house in facilities management, finance and healthcare. She is responsible for all our recruitment, including Flexi-Bank and volunteers. Claire looks forward to welcoming you to the event.
