All Day Folk Song and Music Session

Saturday 4th October
The Tenterden Club
11:30 am to 10.30 pm

The day will be run by Alan Castle, Dave and Eileen Masterson, John & Di Cullen, Roger Resch, Sue Watson and others as part of the legacy of the Tenterden Folk Festival. Join us for an all-day singaround and music session at the upstairs bar of The Tenterden Club, 11:30am–10:30pm. Free entry (donations welcome towards venue costs). Come and take part, or just sit back and enjoy the music – drop in and out throughout the day. Food may be brought along, but drinks must be purchased from the club bar (hot drinks available).

Tenterden Folk Festival is a four day long festival of folk song, music, dance, crafts and traditions. Tenterden, situated in the ancient Weald of Kent, about 12 miles west of Ashford, is an ideal setting for this friendly, family festival of folk. Tenterden features one of the widest High Streets in the country lined with historic and listed buildings, numerous friendly pubs and restaurants and green verges. The festival includes many free events.
