The Coach Park is located in Station Road, Tenterden, on the east side of the road (on the right as you drive down Station Road). The entrance to Station Road is by the Vine Inn which is on the corner of Station Road/High Street (A28).
The coach park is reserved exclusively for coaches from the Sunday before Easter each year to 1 October, to increase the number of coaches that can be accommodated during the tourist season.
The coach park normally has room for about five coaches in the tourist season and room for two coaches in winter when the coach park is available for both car and coach parking.
The coach park is open 24 hours a day. It is opposite the Tenterden & District Museum, and is moments from the bustling High Street with its independent shops, restaurants and tea rooms and a short walk from the Kent & East Sussex Railway. Toilet facilities are available in the car park.
Free parking for coaches for up 3 hours. Coaches parking for the 3 hour free period must obtain a free pay and display ticket from the ticket machine. Instructions on how to obtain this can be found on the tariff board next to the ticket machine. Coaches may stay longer than 3 hours but payment will be required.
Further coach parking is available at the rear of Tenterden Leisure Centre
