Stalwart Wellness exclusive Clinical Pilates and Yoga Align studio owned by Genevieve Pollock, designed to accommodate individual lessons and small group sessions. We offer a range of Pilates classes, Yoga Align and Private Lessons under expert tuition and guidance, at a fully-equipped, newly constructed studio, with a relaxed ambience and thoughtful space in which to promote movement and wellbeing.
A dedicated studio in the heart of the Weald of Kent, this energising space is equipped with wall to floor mirrors, private gated parking, integrated solar attenuating blinds for full relaxation, fully retractable glass doors overlooking the secluded landscaped gardens, and natural lake. With beautiful oak floors, under floor heating,integrated sound system ,and specialist high-quality Pilates/Yoga equipment the studio attracts clients from Tenterden and the surrounding areas of Headcorn, Cranbrook and the Weald.
The founder and owner of Stalwart Wellness is a fully qualified Polestar Pilates Teacher which took Genevieve 1200 hrs of training to complete. Genevieve is also a certified 500 hrs Yoga Teacher-OOV Pilates Rehabilitation Equipment Teacher, an Ante and Post Natal Practitioner, Level 4 Back Pain Specialist and Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist accredited by Macmillan Cancer Support.

BARRE YOGA CLASSES
The class is specifically designed to fuse the best elements of both of my Barre Reflections and Yoga Align classes. It incorporates cardio, strength, ballet & yoga and is all set to wonderfully uplifting music. Weekly classes limited to 6 participants, classes only available by advanced booking
Total Barre Reflections is a dynamic ballet based class that focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina and core training, through using a combination of Pilates, Yoga, dance, cardio and strength training. Using body weight exercises and light hand weights to strengthen, sculpt and tone the entire body. Weekly classes. Classes are only available by advanced booking, please contact me to discuss.
