DAIRY
Milk, cream, cheese and ice-cream are all produced from our small herd of dairy cows at the Silcocks Farm Dairy with quality and taste the hallmarks of our dairy produce.
Our soft, creamy Boresisle cheese, reminiscent of the best of France but with the added benefit of being produced here in Kent is complemented by our fresh Saint Michael’s cheese. New to our family of cheeses is the St Michael’s Blue, a soft cheese with dolcelatte-like characteristics.
Ice-creams with seasonal flavours give year-round pleasure, from cinnamon and rum & raisin at Christmas time, to strawberry and raspberry in the summer months. Our more unusual flavours include gooseberry or rhubarb and custard.
FARM SHOP
In our farm shop we also have a range of seasonal organic fruit and vegetables, eggs, jams, pickles, chutneys, honey and curry mixes, together with our own range of hand-prepared pre-cooked frozen dishes such as veal and beef pies, casseroles and steak and kidney puddings.
