Little Dane Court is a 550 year old house located in the heart of Tenterden. Known locally as the cat and bird house as a white china cat has been stalking a white china dove on the roof for as long as anyone can remember, it is full of history including a smugglers window in the road to signal when it was safe to bring the wine ashore and a large cellar in the basement to store the contraband. Behind the ingle nook fireplace there is a secret priest hole with two escape routes, and in the garden, some rare and ancient trees.
Little Dane Court has 5 letting rooms and a huge private garden and car park to the rear so you can experience the peace of the countryside in the heart of town.
There are two twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom which are often let as a family suite, two deluxe rooms with large ensuite bathrooms with shower and bath and with fluffy bathrobes, and Katsura cottage, a Japanese themed suite in the garden with lounge, bathroom and bedroom.
