Highbury Hall is home to several local groups and hosts many different events: Next Generation Youth Café, Funtrain, Musical Memories, Weight Watchers, Tai Chi, Playball, Weald of Kent Art Society, Brookes Dance Academy, Parkinsons Support group, The Horticultural Society, Arts & Crafts Club, Tenterden Spiritualists Group, Highbury Hall Craft Market, Tenterden Book Fair, Highbury Hall Festive Do (Christmas Day Lunch) as well as many one off events and private functions.
Facilities: large hall suitable for up to 125 people (standing) or 75 (seated for a meal) or 100 (sitting for a lecture); fully equipped kitchen (with bar area) for self catering with crockery/cutlery etc approximately 45 people, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave; 20 x 6 ft tables, assorted small tables, approximately 100 chairs; wheelchair access; disabled toilet; free wi-fi; small on-site car parking for approximately 15 cars (if carefully managed), also adjacent to Bridewell Lane Car Park (council run car park).
The hall is owned and managed by Tenterden Youth Club, a registered Charity (Number 302859) established in 1966 to provide a club for the young people of Tenterden.
