The local business community sampling some of the Christmas menu
Cafe Rouge Tenterden invited local businesses to Café Rouge Tenterden in September 2016 to sample some of their forthcoming Christmas menu. It was an opportunity to connect to the local business community to showcase Café Rouge.
Delicious festive treats: mulled wine, smoked salmon and salmon terrine, tomato and harissa soup, pulled duck croquettes with watercress and orange & chilli jam, turkey fillet with sage and apricot stuffing, warm beetroot and goats cheese tart, crème brûlée, lemon tart and crème fraîche
