WE’RE BACK – We’ve missed you. We hope you have all been safe and well over the last 18 months? With the world reopening, we are too. We wanted to get in touch to let you know that we will be opening the shops as of 20th of September from 10 am to 4pm. So you can all look forward to booking your next dream holiday with us and our fantastic team.
To keep you updated, we wanted to make you aware that we have recently gone through a restructure of the business, which means we now have new owners in place; Inc & Co. Despite this change, the same trusted, Award-Winning team remains in place. So if you booked your last cruise with Trevor or your last trip to the Caribbean with Janet, you will still be able to speak to them to get the best advice you have been used to. The last 18 months have been our biggest challenge since forming the business and have led us to look at the best way to take the business forwards as we move out of the pandemic. We believe that our new owners are best placed to be able to provide the investment and expertise for this.
The name ‘Baldwins Travel’ will continue and all shops and staff are protected under this deal and move to the new owner. Having a lot of long-serving and skilled employees was a key focus for us in looking at future options for the company.
